How we used to travel

Before we worked out that travelling in a camper van gave us the most luxurious travel that we have ever experienced, we used to fly to places and stay in hotels.

We thought staying on a nice boat while scuba diving or in a nice hotel was just great.

Then we realised that type of travel has serious drawbacks. You’re doing it all on someone else’s schedule, with everybody corralled into a little box at the same time.

Our van gives us the luxury of being able to do whatever we want to, whenever we want to do it.

We did of course make some great memories on those traditional holidays, and here are some of those memories.
